Backstory

I'm a Ravenclaw, although it took the hat a good few seconds to decide between that or Slytherin. I'm a pureblood, the oldest of five younger siblings, which can get rough at times. It doesn't generally make any differance in this day and age, although of course you get the odd person who assumes I'm a stuck up death eater, but it's pretty rare. After hogwarts, I want to be a curse breaker, although mum has always encouraged me to become a healer like herself. Hogwarts has been a nice break from the semi constant yelling at home. Dad still hangs on to the 'old ways' at times, and it causes tension between him and mum. They got married during the 'rule' of he-who-shall-not-be-named, and sometimes I think it wasn't fully their choice.
