Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter that faithful day, I was so relieved. At first I felt excited. I knew finally that I truly belonged in the Wizarding World. After that, I felt very nervous. My whole family were from Slytherin and what would they think if I didn't get sorted into Slytherin too!?! As is turned out, they didn't care (apparently no one in my family thought I would be in Slytherin anyway lol) Anyway, my parents took me to Diagon Alley and we got all my books and equipment for the coming year and they bought me a cat too! We had a quick look in Weasley's Wizard Weases (at my insistence) and then we went back to Flourish and Blotts and they bought me some books to read in my spare time (I got a biography of Dumbledore, (not by Rita Skeeta), and my very own copy of The Tales of Beedle the Bard. The stories in that always make me feel better after a hard day. The coolest part of Diagon Alley was getting all my potion ingredients. I love cooking and I'm glad that I'm good at cooking because it's like magical cooking!! I can't wait for the further years of school so I can make more complex potions!!!!!!
