Ambrosia is known to be reckless on occasion, some like to think it's because of her mother (or lack there of), when it's really because she dreams of doing something as important as her father. Ambrosia grew up in household with a father who never stopped talking about the second world war, or how he personally knew "The Chosen One". She just wants to do something important so that, just maybe, her father will never stop talking about her instead. Ambrosia is determined and has a very logical mind, while she is still creative, she can easily come up with a logical explanation for almost everything.

Basic Biography

Ambrosia Finnigan was born - a Gemini - on May 21st, a few miles outside of hogsmede, born to Seamus Finnigan. Ambrosia's never met her mother, her father found her one morning on his door step with a birth certificate and a note, the note reads: "Dear Seamus, I know you may not remember much of me, especially not many good things, but I still remember you. I remember the compassion you held and the love you could give anyone who would let you, some days I regret never letting you. I hope you can love this little girl the way you would've loved me because she is your daughter, she's a month old but I am in a lot of trouble here and can no longer care for her, I won't give you many details because I don't want to get you wrapped into all of this, but please take care of our beautiful girl. Her birth certificate currently says her name is Mary Crimp, but I trust you will name her something better, give her name meaning please. Please never let her forget her mother loves her and will never forget about her. If you can not care for her, please send a letter to my sister, maybe she will take her in. Thank you Seamus. Love, L.C" Her father named her Ambrosia Lavander Finnigan, Ambrosia because "she has her mothers beauty, so beautiful she would never need a love potion" Her name was supposed to resemble Amortentia, but her father truly forgot the name of the love potion, and Lavander because "That was the name of a girl he once knew, a girl who deserved a happy ending." Her father had a job in France for years, but right before Ambrosia turned 11, they moved to Scotland. Ambrosia knew all about Hogwarts, she spent all 11 years preparing herself for the day her letter would show up at their door. She is now a proud Ravenclaw at hogwarts, and she still keeps her mothers letter in a box under her bed.
