Backstory

Hey I'm ophelia! (or ophi if you know me well) I'm new (ish) to this website, well technically i have had an account for a while but I havent been very active due to my life being overwhelmingly busy (I've been working on making room for everything but my ADHD doesnt help!) i dont really know what to write here but the little form thingy is telling me to write something about my character so heres a little overveiw i guess! (I dont really have a OC so heres me as a witch?!) P.S I dont know if anyone will actually read this, but if you do feedback and constructive critisism are greatly appreciated! <3

 I am a slytherin sixth year (seventeen years old) although everyone says that i have the (steriotypical) personality of a hufflepuff. I am a bright and bubbly person, albeit rather stubborn and not one to sugarcoat things. i find formalities frustrating and would rather have a meaningful conversation with someone rather than make smalltalk (please let me know if this sounds like something you would enjoy as i am always looking to make friends) some things i enjoy are a good book (harry potter, horror, occasionally scifi and romance), plants, poetry, coffee (or moccas mmmmm) pastels, dressing from the 40s, marvel movies, lana del rey, being old fashioned when it comes to dating, and dark acadamia aesthetics (i love it so much, im obsessed but i think light acadamia or cottagecore suit me more). i am an aquarius, (i love astrology too), rather chaotic, my favorite subjects are english art and science and i often cant sleep (the moon is so pretty and i love the idea that someone else in the world is probably looking at it to) im on this website becuase im a diehard hp fan since i was five and visiting thailand and saw the box set in a bookshop. it was, of course in thai so i couldnt read it but as soon as we came back to australia I begged my parents to buy them for me. i binged read them for several months until i had finnished them all and over the years I have re read them several times. I am mainly here to meet new people and chat, but am totally open to rp (although im not really sure how to so..?) and am looking to try new things. now that I have significantly overshared on the internet im just going to leave all this here andddd yeah! owl me i guess im always up for meeting new people!
