Backstory

I'm a half-blood, you know? I was anxious even months before my letter arrived, my sister, 3 years older than me, was teasing me with things like: "Surely it won't arrive", "Maybe you'll have to go to another school in another country", and other annoying things. In the end, I did get my letter just in time for school to start (although I was hoping it wasn't a joke from my sister). When we went to Diagon Alley my parents told me to choose one thing as a present, I chose the Hogwarts History book, I wanted to know everything about my new school.
