Backstory

  In the middle of the deep blue sea, all found what seems to be a basket floating. They wonder how it didn't sink when it carried something; for it kept shaking and attracted the sharp jaws' attention. Some say it was a miracle, while others thought it was just the playful water, "Sorcery, it must be," a man thought. This man took the basket and chuckled at what he had seen. A tiny baby, sleeping cozily through all that. This man took her in and gave the most precious gift to her—"Jinx," his surname.

  The child grew into a healthy girl and referred to him as "uncle." Uncle taught this girl everything she needed to know in this harsh and cruel world. One night, uncle heard a glass break and rushed to check. There, he saw the child looking at the broken pieces with her face distraught. She explained with no expectations of belief from him, still puzzled about what to do. Uncle only spoke of one word, "Magic." This girl cried with relief for acceptance and trust; on that very night, a letter was received.
