Hello, everyone! I am Alexander H. LeBlanc and I'm of Filipino-British ethnicity. 

My parents are non-magical and had no idea they would produce a magical son. My father is one of the LeBlanc's, one of the most prominent family in our town due to my great-grandparents' connections. Since I was a child, I've always been gifted and had a huge appetite of my learning, which probably due to the fact that I was priveleged to have my parents to support me. I've always been good in Muggle school as well, where my area of expertise was history/geography, english and maths.

But later as I was growing up (probably around the age 8-11), I was noticing something strange with myself that I normally don't see with my parents nor with my peers; I've felt I was different—or perhaps, magical. 

There was a time, when I kinda had an argument with my dad, and I went rushing to my room with angry state of emotion, and suddenly all the doors in the closets in my room were opened without me doing it purposely! I thought I was hallucinating at first and tried to forget about it for a bit. 

Then during my 11th birthday, Prof. Longbottom came into my house where I was celebrating my birthday along with my parents. We thought it was a guest at first, but my dad knew instantly he wasn't from our town and asked him who he was. Eventually, Prof. Longbottom explained to us what and who I was, about the "magical world" and that there's a school for me. We were at so much disbelief at first and I couldn't believe it at first! He had to demonstrate us some spells, like the Levitating Charm where he levitated a remote control in our table. We then were stunned and believed him, which saddened them at first as I was set off away from them. 

We then head through Diagon Alley, where I was brought first at Ollivander's to purchase my first wand. Apparently, Mr. Ollivander instantly recognized that—apparently, one of my ancestor was also in the same place as me, purchasing their wand, and Mr. Ollivander could tell I was a Muggle-born. 

We then bought a pet for me, which was a toad. I named it Levi, after my old pet I kept back then. 

Then, after that, I was brought by Prof. Longbottom to Platform 9 3/4 and he demonstrated me how to cross the platform. After doing it, I headed towards the Hogwarts Express along with fellow students of mine.

As soon as I got into Hogwarts, I got so astonished with its beautiful design! I was so excited and I could also see it with my fellow 1st Years as we're about to head straight in the staircases. 

We were then sorted as soon as we made it through the Great Hall. Prof. McGonagall called us one-by-one for us to be sorted and when it was my turn, the Sorting Hat analyzed me and said I was a Ravenclaw! I became happy as I've felt excited to be along with my Ravenclaw peers :)
