Backstory

Cosette is a girl who didn't know anything about who her parents were, until the day she received a letter from Hogwarts telling her she had been accepted. It was then she learnt about her wizard bloodline, and with the help of her adoptive (Muggle) father, she came to accept and love the truth- finding joy in going to a place where people are similar to her. She is a kind and sensitive soul, with a love for helping others- so it is no surprise that the second the hat was placed on her head she was sorted into hufflepuff. Cosette quickly learnt that her favourite classes are herbology and astronomy, although she doesn't mind her other classes and actually quite likes everything. Despite being a pureblood, due to her past being a secret she struggles to fit in- and is still trying to understand how everything works. Although, she always knew something was up- so she is just grateful to know the truth. She is still unsure of what her goals are after school, but she is thinking about returning back to hogwarts after she graduates to teach there. However, she's still new- so Cosette really has to be sure before she makes any final decisions. She wouldn't want to leave her father behind, of course.

Her biological parents used to attend hogwarts together, and Cosette learnt this in the library one day when she found an old note addressed from her mother to her father to meet there at midnight one night in 1989.
