Backstory

Receiving my Hogwarts Letter changed my life in so many ways.. I was raised by parents of no magic abilities whatsoever, however, my siblings and I were born with them. Turns out our ancestors were former witches and wizards- skipping over our parents and bestowing their abilties onto us. We grew up unsure whether the weird circumstances in our household were normality or an odity, so we hid our magical ways from our parents as we taught ourselves basic spells and charms.

My older sister, Quinn, was the first one to venture from our modern home to the grand halls of Hogwarts, somehow managing to convince our parents that she was transfering schools to study a sepecific field of managment and leadership, while unbenounced to them she was becoming one of most intellegent and creative Ravenclaw wizard's to walk the halls of Hogwarts. Followed shorty after was my brother, Daniel, who studies herbology as a 5th year Gryffendor student in hopes of becoming a professor in the vary school he now attends. Lastly, is Lana, our younger sister who hasn't shown any signs of magical abilities yet at her age of 9, but I'm sure she will develope them quick enough with time.

Myself however, is a very long and complicated story to tell, so I won't go into such a long soliloquy. In short, I am now a 3rd years Hufflepuff with a strong desire to help others, while strengthening my own skills in magic. I first discoverd my gifts during a night when, thankfully, my parents were working late and my siblings, and I were the only ones home. Quinn found me sitting on the tiled floor of our shared bathroom, playing with the water that I put in one of the clear plastic cups I found in the kitchen. I was scared to see my sisters sense of shock and aw at the twirling wisps of water that levatated in front of my face as she stepped into the bathroom, so much so as to lose my focus- dropping the water with a loud splash back into the cup. Her coaxing and intrigue relaxed myself and I continued to raise wet droplets making the liquid dance between my fingers. My older sister has been my major influence in studying at Hogwarts and begining my journey of self-discovery and serengthening my gift of magic.
