Qamar Elara Silverthorne

Backstory

Born in Brussels, Qamar Elara Silverthorne came from a well-known family. Her mother, Layla, is  is employed by the Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures, and her father, Faris, is a magical historian. Each of her five elder brothers has had a distinguished career in magic. Growing up, Qamar found solace in the natural world. It was when she revived a withering begonia that she realised she had magical skills. She does exceptionally well in Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures at Hogwarts. Despite her preference for solitude and sometimes difficulty forming friendships, she maintains a close-knit circle of pals who have similar interests. Qamar aspires to be a prominent magical ecologist who studies and safeguards magical flora and fauna.
