Physical appearance: 

Eleanora has long and very wavy chestnut-brown hair that has a slight frizz to it unless she brushes it with care. She was born with green eyes, but they gradually turned brown with age. She is five feet tall, and has multiple beauty marks and some moles due to sun exposure, including one located on her left cheek, which is part of her signature appearance. She also wears thick black glasses that enlargen her eyes. 

Eleanora typically likes to wear her school uniform under her robes during a regular school day. However, she wears special outfits for certain occasions, such as Christmas. For casual purposes during the winter months, she wears a light sweater, jeans, and black boots. During warmer months, she wears shorter-sleeved shirts and shorts.

Early Life:

Eleanora was born to a Muggle-born witch named Eloise Venedictora-Ruze, and a pure-blood wizard named Edric Ruze, on 24 Apple Orchard Avenue. She also had an older brother named Edwin. Her father works for the Ministry of Magic, in the Improper Use of Magic Office, while her mother formerly worked as a Muggle Studies professor at Hogwarts. One day, Edric recieves a letter from his own department of the Ministry, stating that magic was performed by underage wizards at his house. When he comes home, Eloise informs him that young Edwin and Eleanora were showing early signs of magic, such as levitating objects around the house. 

One day, Eleanora's brother, Edwin, receives his Hogwarts letter. When he is sent off to Hogwarts (sorted into Hufflepuff House), Eleanora felt lonely that she had no one to play with, so Eloise bewitched her toy bird so that it could chirp and fly. Eleanora has developed a deep interest of birds ever since.

Hogwarts Life: 

On her eleventh birthday towards the end of January, a letter of acceptance from Hogwarts was delivered to her home by an owl. She had previously been attending a Muggle school, so she would miss her friends at that school when she left for Hogwarts, but was eager to attend the school of Witchcraft and Wizardry at the same time. 

When visiting Diagon Alley, Eleanora met a nice boy named Reanon, who was also shopping for Hogwarts supplies. The two became good friends almost immediately. 

Eleanora also recieved her wand at Ollivanders - it was a beech wood want that measured 11.5 inches, and contained a single unicorn hair in its core. 

Due to her love of birds, her mother bought her a grey owl to accompany her during her time at Hogwarts. Eleanora named the bird Callisto, for she loved Greek Mythology. 

When Eleanora boarded the Hogwarts Express, she sat with Reanon, and three other first-years- Vivian, Peppermint, and Celenaria. The five of them became close friends during their years of Hogwarts, and would eventually form a friendship group called The Enchanting Enchanters. This would eventually branch out to a school-wide organization, where witches and wizards who were of age (at least in their fifth year) would join together and form an alliance against Dark wizards and witches.

During the Sorting ceremony, Eleanora was a Hatstall between all four Houses, which was eventually cut down to between Ravenclaw and Gryffindor. The Hat decided on Ravenclaw in the end, and she joined her friend Reanon at the table.

Eleanora is a very bright witch who exceeds in her schoolwork and hands in assignments either when they are due or days before they are due. She is very intelligent and active in class, and enjoys learning about new topics. Her favorite subjects to study are Defense Against the Dark Arts and Herbology. Later, in her third year, she joins all of the new subjects, but is particularly interested in Care of Magical Creatures and Arithmancy. 

Eleanora wishes to succeed in life, and she plans on using her intelligence, sharp wit, and incredible skills to get her ahead in life.
