Backstory
Chloe Lestrange is a pure blood and the daughter of Tom Riddle and Bellatrix. She never knew her parents as she was sent to an orphinage after they died. When she got into Hogwarts a lot of the students stayed away from her because of who her parents were. She stays to herself for the most part but has a very bold personality.
