Backstory

With my parents gone at such a young age it was a bit of a shock to find out Remus and Sirius were just the people who raised me, not where I came from. But as I grew older I realized the importance of being raised by them. I always assumed Lily and James wouldn’t have been bad parents at all, but Remus and Sirius felt just right for me, and I’ll never know if Lily and James would be the same. The supportiveness of them was astonishing and they were always amazing together. They shaped me into the person I am, with my morals, decisions, and sense of humor. I had never really been yelled at and I overall grew up extremely happy with my twin brother, Harry. I was taught right from wrong, but was rarely punished when I did something a child would do, Sirius being a survivor of abuse would refuse to do physical punishment, resulting in more gentle parenting. Sirius and Remus were the two people I went to for advice and nothing would change that. I had an amazing childhood in the end and am thrilled to be attending Hogwarts!
