Maeve Lewis

Backstory

Hey everyone! My name is Maeve Lewis, I am a Muggle-born witch, and this is my first year at Hogwarts! I recently moved to London over the summer from the States where I was born. Let me tell you I was a little confused when I recieved my Hogwarts letter, but it wasn't too much of a shock for me. I always knew I was different than other kids, had different "abilities." At first, my parents thought it was a hoax, that is until a young wizard just appeared in our living room one afternoon to deliver me the letter himself, since we had thrown away the other 1000 letters that the owls had sent. The wizard took me to Diagon Alley to pick up my school supples (I couldn't believe my eyes, it was absolutely fascinating!!) and then dropped me off at King's Cross at Platform 9 3/4. Upon arriving at Hogwarts, I was sorted into Ravenclaw house, which I think particularly fits me. The next guess I think would be Hufflepuff, but I know for a fact I am not Gryffindor or Slytherin (nothing against those houses I just don't suit them). I cannot wait to meet so many new people and start classes. I am particularly excited for Herbology and Care of Magical Creatures. I wish everybody the best of luck this year!
