~ backstory ~

i grew up as a child on the outskirts of london. i'm a muggleborn student, so i grew up clueless to any sorts of magic. i have no siblings. i grew up in the city. i was quite lonely growing up. my only friend, noelle jones, was a big part of my childhood because she was and still is always there for me. she made my muggleborn life more interesting, along with books. books!! books!! books can take me anywhere, anytime. they're true magic. i grew up in my grandmother's house, with my grandmother, mom, and father. we raised chickens and grew a fresh supply of vegtables. i got my magic from my grandmother, that's for sure. 

noelle got her hogwarts acceptance letter the same day i got mine. it was a sunny summer day. i was so suprised when two owls swooped down right next to us. we were laying in the summer grass, looking at the clouds. with interested faces, we opened our letters and read. when we finished we just looked at each other. she gave me a look that said 'is this a joke?' i just shook my head. we studied eachother's letter. they were very similar. and then we ran home.

i'm not very popular at hogwarts. as far as academics, i'm a straight a student and will keep it that way.
