Linda Kingston is an introverted, yet intelligent, disciplined and witty Ravenclaw. Between the age of 4 and 11, she went to a muggle primary school, but she grew up only a few corners away from Diagon Alley, so she knows a lot about both muggle and wizard cultures.

She hates when there is too much pressure on her, however, she is very ambitious and a true perfectionist, so she puts the most pressure on herself. When stressed, she often talks even less than normal, her eyes shout "I'll kill you, you uneducated bastard" at everyone, and everything annoys her. Usually, when she is very stressed, she ends up breaking something and then sobbing, mourning that object she just broke.

Normally she is nice to those who notice her and has a very good sense of humour. She might seem very quiet and very shy at first, but with the right people, she is funny and extroverted. She is often sarcastic, but she rarely wants to actually hurt anyone with her words.

Hobbies:

Her father has been teaching her to play the piano since she was 5 her favourite composer is Schumann (just because she hasn't played Bach yet). She likes dancing, especially ballet. She played basketball for a short period of time, but when she was introduced to quidditch, she ditched basketball, because basketball is just a cheaper muggle version of quidditch after all. She likes being in nature, loves going out for a hike in the weekend. She loves ice skating, and she always wanted to go skating on the Black Lake.

In her free time, she likes to relax by reading a book, drinking tea and listening to music. She finds playing the piano very relaxing, calming, so when she's frustrated, she sits down, and plays something and hopes that her problems will go away. Since she started playing the piano at a very young age, music plays a very important part of her life, and she can't really imagine her life without it.

Family:

She loves her non-magical relatives, they are very loving and honest with her, she visits her grandparents every time she's home. However, she finds her magical relatives a little dry, especially when his muggle father is around. She only met her magical grandfather once in her life and doesn't remember much of him, but her magical grandmother visited them quite a lot. She seemed a very nice woman, but about 1 year after her brother's birth, her grandparents moved back to the ancient pureblood family residence in Scotland, so nowadays mostly they just sent some gifts and money.

Benjamin Kingston: Linda’s father, Benjamin Kingston was a muggle, born on the 1st of February, in Manchester, he is an Aquarius. He played in a contemporary jazz band. He could play the piano, the saxophone and the double bass. He met Linda’s mother at a jazz club in Budapest, where he and his band was playing at that time. He always voluntarily told the tale of how the two of them met to everyone in every single family gathering, because as he always said: “It was truly magical”. According to his anecdotes, when his future wife entered the room, he felt that the aura of the place changed. He didn’t believe in auras, zodiacs and these kinds of things, but at that moment, he felt that there is magic in the air. After the concert, they ran into each other and started chatting. One year later they got married.

Elizabeth McAvoy: Linda’s mother, Elizabeth Jane McAvoy was born into a pureblood on the 15th of June, in Westminster, London, she is a Gemini. She had a little sister called Anne Meryl, who was born 2 years after Elizabeth, on the 13th of November. Her parents were from the upper class of the Wizarding World, both of them were part of the Wizengamot. Elizabeth went to Hogwarts at the age of eleven, she was a proud Slytherin. However, her sister was not accepted to Hogwarts due to the fact that she had no magical abilities, therefore she became the disaster of the family in her parents' eyes. Elizabeth tried to stand up for her sister, but his father disinherited her, and sent her away from the family house when Anne turned 18, saying that “a squib mustn’t be a part of a pureblood family”. After Elizabeth graduated from Hogwarts, she became the employee of the Ministry of Magic at the Department of International Magical Cooperation. She due to her job at the ministry, she had to travel to Budapest, Hungary for a few years, and that’s where she met, Benjamin Kingston. To her father’s biggest disgust, after only one year into their relationship, the couple decided to get married, thus Elizabeth had broken the almost 500 years old pure bloodline of the family. Her father didn’t approve the wedding and didn’t even attend the ceremony, her mother, however, supported Elizabeth throughout her whole life. After Elizabeth went on maternity leave with Linda, resigning from her job in Hungary, the family moved to London. Since the announcement of their wedding, Elizabeth met his father only twice: after the birth of her children. Her mother visited the family more often, but as time passed by, the visits became more limited.

Richard Kingston: Linda’s little brother, Richard was born 4 years after Linda on the 8th of March in London, he is a Pisces. He hasn’t attended Hogwarts yet, but everyone in the family thinks that he is going to be a Hufflepuff.
