Backstory

Nobody ever said it would be easy to be a Slytherin in their first year at Hogwarts. I come from a pureblood family of Gryffindors, even my sister Gilly is a Gryffindor, so when I was sorted into Slytherin the pressure was on to be top of my year! My best class is History of Magic, but you don’t want to know how long I spend writing and rewriting those essays! I like Astronomy, Potions, and Herbology because of all the hands-on work. Or as I call it “hands-off-the-quill-work" well most of it anyways. To be honest I think I only do well in them to outdo my sister. She also wants to be a magical historian but everyone says she has a better chance of getting places in life and mother and father would rather I work in the ministry of magic so I don't take away her spotlight. but I work harder than her!
