Backstory

Selyna has a Half-Blood mother and a Squib father. Her grandmother enters Philippine Institute of Magic at her young age, same story as her mother. His father has two Muggle-born parents who entered the same school, but his father also received a letter but unable to perform magic. Selyna received the Hogwarts letter while her mother is cooking food for her birthday party, she saw a parliament of owls in the window holding a strange envelope. When she received it, she decided for a long time if she's gonna show it to her parents since it's too strange and mysterious. She hand it to her parents with a shock face afterward and also hand her a letter with the same context but in a different language, type of parchment and school. Her parents said to herself that the letter is also the same one they receive when they where younger, Selyna has been accepted to Philippine Institute of Magic and Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Now she don't have to much time to decide. Selyna didn't really wanna go to the same school as her parents and wanted to enter something new and interesting. She said to her parents that she've decided to enter Hogwarts instead of PIOM. But her parents are having second thoughts but took them a year to approve. During the time of waiting for her parents approval, she had met an old man at the market named Shikoba Wolfe which made her a wand and gave her enough money to buy any other school supplies required at Hogwarts. The man just make her believe that she's really decided to enter Hogwarts instead of any other school. Selyna's now at Hogwarts.
