Backstory
Meredith Silver-Wright is the daughter of Evelyn Silver, a witch, and Seth Wright, a Muggle. Evelyn was in Ravenclaw too and was an Animagus: she became an Arctic fox. Meredith was determined to follow in her footsteps.
Meredith had a love of reading and a thirst for knowledge from an early age, so it was no surprise when she was sorted into Ravenclaw. Her wand is olive wood, twelve inches, with a unicorn hair core, particularly good for charms - and, surprisingly, curses. She owns a tortoiseshell cat called Lúthien, like the one her mother owned, Ingrid.
Meredith also has many ambitions. She hopes to become an Animagus by her fourth year and when she grows up to teach Charms at Hogwarts. For now, she's focusing on her schoolwork, excited for the years ahead.
