Backstory

Hi, I'm Carina Marinique. I'm a Ravenclaw, but I was almost a Hufflepuff. I grew up in a small fishing town after washing up there as a baby, so I have no idea who my real parents are or whether I'm a muggleborn, half-blood or pure-blood. I got my letter just before I turned eleven, and to be honest, my foster parents were probably glad that I'm gone (I mean, there's only so much fire-throwing a muggle can take). I adore astronomy, which is ironic because I'm named after one of the brightest stars in the north.
After I graduate, I'd like to become an intergalactic space traveler... or own a tea shop in the Caribbean. (I'm keeping my options open).
