Backstory

I never thought magic could be real. I mean, I've always hoped there was something more but I didn't expect this. Spells, ghosts, moving staircases, talking painting, come on! Any normal person would think I'm insane! But whether I like it or not, I'm a wizard. The day I got my Hogwarts letter, my parents cried. I dont know why but they always seemed cautious around the topic of magic. Turns out my grandfather was a wizard, and a good one at that. He wasn't super famous or anything but he had skills. Thankfully, he left me some of his academic book that I thought were just fiction. I remember him telling me stories when I was younger about an amazing candle lit castle that you could only get to by boat. Apparently that's where I'm going...
