Ruby Lestrange

Backstory

I'm Ruby Lestrange. I'm a Slytherin of course, considering my last name I knew I would be put in Slytherin house. The sorting hat took absolutely no time to think, it put me into Slytherin right away which is no surprise. I'm taking Defense against the dark arts, Astronomy, Charms, Herbology ,Potions, and Transfiguration. I personally really like Defense against the dark arts and potions but I'm not going to lie astronomy is a snooze fest. I'm a pure blood of course. My parents are non other than Bellatrix and Rudolphus Lestrange. Considering that I'm a pure blood I was always treated fairly well in the wizarding world. I was not alive when Lord Voldemort gained power but my mother was very loyal towards him. I know that he was a very powerful wizard so I'm glad my mother was close with him. My greatest strength has to be my mind. I am very smart for my age and know how to act fast in life threating situations. My weakness's on the other hand include that I will do anything for my loved ones, even risk my life. Once I finish school I'm hoping to start a life and even raise a family of my own. My dream is too finish school and then start to learn about mystical creatures and collect them if I can. I find magic a very interesting thing but something I find most fascinating is how muggles thing magic is some crazy thing when for us witches and wizards its our every day life. I want to use magic to be able to protect my loved ones and explore the world. I have my owl. her names jade but, once I get older I want a dragon of my own. My family is pretty famous and I know we come off as a very bad wizarding family but its truly not like that. My mother died fighting for a man who yes may be a horrible man but she was loyal towards him until the end. she cared about him and risked her own life for him so honestly I'm pretty proud to be her daughter.
