A village by the forests lost to tradition and time harbored ancient powerful magic. Currents of dark energy flowing through the roots and fog were no playground for teenagers trying to hunt game and summon the fabled immortal bloodsucking demons of ages long ago.
Vampires. It wasn't long before they came and attacked them. All of them were doomed to fade away and paid the price for being a wee bit too curious..all except for the youngest of all, nihilistic and forever excited Rowan who took it on to be the light in the abyss.
Spending the modern-day working late-night shifts at the library and using his dog Cocoa Puffs as a pathetic excuse to make friendships, Rowan lurks in the modern-day open to the adventures the new era brings.
