Backstory

When I received my Hogwarts Letter that faithful day, I didn’t know what it would mean. At first I thought it was just a joke, ya know? My brothers (who are already students) sometimes played pranks on me, and I was not sure it was real. Anyway, my mother is a witch but my father is muggle. So it definitely was not the biggest surprise for them, but it was a very big surprise to me. When we went shopping for school supplies, my favorite shop was the potions shop. I loved seeing all of the weird ingredients and hearing what they could do when mixed correctly with other ingredients.
