Backstory

I grew up with my muggle mother after my father (a wizard) left her, my mother always knew there was something odd about both me and my father and when strange things started happening it just proved her theory. When I got my Hogwarts letter my mother and I were a bit confused but she seemed to take it quite well and thought that finally she had an explanation for the unexplainable. My mother and I get on very well, we aren't rich or anything like that but we survive with what we have. It turns out my father is actually quite well off in the wizarding world so he has started to help us out a bit, turns out he did want me but his parents were very racist when it came to being pureblooded. I went to a muggle school until I got my letter and well lets just say I was glad to get out of there. my mum always owls me about how much she misses me but she is happy I'm getting on well.
