Backstory
Born to Muggle mother, Kiara Lake, and pure-blood wizard father, Nicholas Brookes, in Australia. Cat is the youngest of the 5 other siblings and the only one choosing to attend Hogwarts, the others instead deciding to travel and attend Ilvermorny. Cat's older siblings returned to their home in Australia after completing their education and eventually chose to pursue Muggle careers as a way to blend into the non-magical community the family was raised in. Cat is a seventh-year student at Hogwarts sorted into house Ravenclaw, her father having also attended Hogwarts and being the first in his family to be sorted into Slytherin.
