Aiden Bloodworth

Backstory

Aiden Bloodworth is a young boy with messy brown hair, tan skin, hazel eyes, and a light dusting of freckles all along his cheeks, arms, and legs. He was born on March 13 in 1980 and grew up with only his mother. His father mysteriously disappeared on October 30th, just six months after Aiden had just been born. His mother never talks about Aiden's father, and there are no pictures of him in the house. It was always just him and his mother.
Growing up, Aiden made strange things happen — as any young wizard would. Tantrums and fits caused him to break windows, plates, and vases. Cuts and bruises would miraculously be healed the next day. His mother would set him down in his crib, only to wake the next day and find him sleeping soundly beside her.
The day after his eleventh birthday, March 14th, 1991, Aiden received his Hogwarts letter. Though his mother was skeptical, Aiden was ecstatic. When retrieving his supplies, he bought a wand (laurel wood, 10", with a unicorn hair core) and a pet (barn owl named Tyto).

Upon arriving at Hogwarts, Aiden was sorted into Slytherin house. The hat had taken nearly two minutes, bouncing between the thought of putting Aiden in Ravenclaw or Gryffindor, but in the end he was placed in Slytherin.
His favorite class is Charms and his least favorite class is History of Magic. A class he does well in, but does not particularly enjoy, is Potions. He alludes it to cooking: not hard to understand if you follow the directions, but still not the most enjoyable task in the world.
Unbeknownst to him, Aiden is a half-blood, but he considers himself to be muggleborn. Obviously, many Slytherins saw him as an outcast because of this, but he paid them no mind and chose to focus on his lessons and learning as much as possible.
Aiden's greatest strength is his strong will and open mind. However, his greatest weakness is his big heart.
After finishing school, Aiden aspires to be either a Dragonologist or a Magizoologist. He feels that the most fascinating aspect of magic is how the creatures of the magical world are imbued with it and how they use it. Additionally, Aiden wants to use his magic to help or protect others, but he also wants to gain as much power as possible so he is strong enough to protect those close to him.
In the Mirror of Erised, Aiden would see himself surrounded by his family and friends. He wants nothing more and nothing less than to protect them and keep them happy.
