Backstory

My name is Perenelle Lescastre! You must have heard my name around, after all I am the descendant of the amazing alchemist Nicolau Flamel. After he passed away last year, my family moved to London, according to my parents this was the best decision we had, I still don't quite understand why. When two letters arrived from different schools of magic, Beauxbatons and Hogwarts, it was clear that I would never return to Paris. My parents made it very clear that I was going to study at Hogwarts, although all I really wanted was to see my friends at the Beauxbatons magic academy. I'm in my freshman year at Hogwarts and I'm not sure what to expect from school or students. Will I make friends? Will I like something so different from what I was used to? Will I make my family's name proud?
