Backstory

(younger student) Im a second year student. Everyone else joined Hogwarts last year, but im only a half blood and my father who was an amazing wizard passed away when i was 9. I guess he never got the chance to tell me. The only reason i found out i was a witch was because of my grandma. Still im very excited. My dad was a hufflepuff as well, but my grandma was a slytherin. When finding out about the whole witch thing i was very confused. Being a muggle your whole life, then finding out you are going to a school to learn magic, not the easiest thing to comprehend. I've taken the last few months to catch up on what i missed last year. Now im ready to go im and impress everyone
