Backstory

Despite there being others witches and wizards in the family, neither of my parents are spellcasters. On top of that, I come from Romania, so you can imagine the shock and excitement that came about when I got my Hogwarts acceptance letter. Obviously, I am very excited!
Though I cannot say that I am the best student- or even a good one for that matter- I am an avid learner. I love to read and have a particular interest in politics and history. I am also an artist, though I have not yet figured out how to implement magic into my craft. In terms of classes, my interests lay in Charms and History of Magic, though I do a fair amount of self studying. One of the things I am most excited about is getting to explore the castle; its depth and history is truly amazing and I am ready to uncover its secrets. Despite being a proud and obvious Ravenclaw I intend to make friends with people from the other houses as well as my own. Might get into a bit of a quarrel if you beat us at Quidditch but I'm sure we could resolve that amicably.
