Backstory

(Older Student) I grew up in a house with strict parents. My Dad was a powerful wizard and my Mum was a witch who excelled in potions. They both wanted me to reach the top as fast as possible and never thought of anything else that I might have wanted. Around the age of seven I met a boy who seemed to be in a similar situation. We were the same age and both got along splendid. His name is Andrew. We ran off together to live with a distant relative of his. My parents have presumed me dead, but I could care less. Andrew and I are the best of friends and I wouldn't want it any other way. My companion is a small white cat named Chess. He's a genius but doesn't quite get along with Andrew or his cat. I often spend my time with Andrew or reading books. Or eating and playing games.
