Backstory

(Older Student) Nobody ever said it would be easy to be a Hufflepuff in her sixth year at Hogwarts. My name is Aurore
Kirkmal I come from a pureblood family of Slytherins, so when I was sorted into Hufflepuff the pressure was on to be top of my year! My best class is Potions, but you don’t want to know how long I spend reading the entirety of the potions library! I like Care of Magical Creatures, Defence Against the Dark Arts and Herbology because of all the hands on work. Or as I call it “hands-off-the-quill-work.” When I’m not studying you can probably find me in the Hufflepuff Common Room, or in Honeydukes Sweet Shop in Hogsmeade- I have a really sweet tooth! In My first year, my parents allowed me to get a pet, a sliver owl, Screech. Because of my Slytherin heritage, I am friends with lots of Slytherin students, which can make things difficult at times, but I believe that not all Slytherins are evil. My brother, Ritchie Kirkmal, is a Slytherin, very stereotypical also, he is only nice to Slytherins and doesn't talk to me much, because of what my family like to refer to as 'unfortunate choice'- I think he puts on an act. He is in 7th Year. He is friends with a boy called Christopher Crackwood, a pureblood Slytherin- he seems really nice ;)
