Backstory

My name is Dusk Lynn White. I hadn't been told of my blood heritage until I received my hogwart's letter. My parents were glad to know I wasn't a squib, I however was unsure of what to think. I was happy to be able to go to school though, I had been homeschooled up until then, So that was something I looked forward to. I was soon enrolled into hogwart's as a first year, My house is Slytherin and Since my family is a well known yet private Pureblood family i was approached by others of the same status. My Father warned me, Said I shouldn't mingle with tainted family's and suggested Pureblood family's that I should befriend. My Mother on the other hand doesn't seem to care who I befriend as long as I am safe and careful during my stay at hogwart's. I agree somewhat with them but I just want to enjoy my peace for as long as I can. I intend to do my very best. :)
