Backstory

Nobody ever said it would be easy to be a Hufflepuff at Hogwarts. I come from a pureblood family of Slytherins, so when I was sorted into Hufflepuff it sure was a shock. I never thought I fit in with my family so I was kind of excited to know why when the sorting hat belted out "Hufflepuff" for everyone to hear. Usually, when the sorting hat reveals your house, there is cheering and things are happy but when mine was revealed, there was dead silence. Some Hufflepuffs were scared that the sorting hat had made a mistake and others hated my family. It's hard to be me sometimes.
